Up until May 2028, the Havant Constituency will be administered by Havant Borough Council (HBC) (which also administers the wards Waterloo, Cowplain, and Hart Plain in the Fareham & Waterlooville Constituency, and also Hampshire County Council (HCC).  There will be no more elections for either HBC or HCC councillors.  

From May 2028, both HBC and HCC will be abolished and the Havant Constituency will be part of a single new South-East Hampshire unitary authority.  We do not yet know the ward/councillor structure proposed for the new Unitary authority,

The Havant Constituency currently has nine wards, and for each ward, we are establishing ward organisers who will be the prime contact for members in that ward, and who will also coordinate the distribution of our promotional material.
